Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: 14 August 2026
At SPL STORE, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if the product is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or not working
- Incorrect product received
- Significantly different from the product description
Return requests must be submitted within the return period specified on the product/order page.
2. Product Condition
Returned products should generally be in their original condition with original packaging, accessories, tags, invoices and other included items.
Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return.
3. Return Approval
SPL STORE or the concerned seller may review the return request and may require photos, videos, or other information before approving the return.
Approval is subject to the applicable product and seller return policy.
4. Refund
After an approved return is received and verified, the applicable refund will be processed through the original or available payment method. Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be returnable due to their nature, hygiene, customization, digital delivery, or other applicable restrictions. Such products will be identified on the product/order page where applicable.
6. Seller Protection
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product information and fulfilling applicable return, refund, warranty and replacement obligations.
SPL STORE may investigate disputed returns and request supporting evidence from the customer or seller before taking a decision.
Fraudulent, abusive, repeated, or false return claims may result in appropriate action against the customer account, subject to applicable law.
7. Important
Customers should record an unboxing video for valuable, electronic, damaged, or incorrect products. This may help during a return or dispute investigation.
